Jeff Sparks is the Senior Director of Process Development and Clinical Manufacturing at Imunon, where he leads internal clinical plasmid DNA manufacturing operations supporting the company’s gene therapy and vaccine platforms. With over six years at Imunon, Jeff has directed GMP operations for manufacturing plasmid and non-viral delivery products, led technology transfers for related products, and established the analytical development and testing facility within the company. He brings extensive expertise in process design, method validation, and global CMC regulatory strategy, ensuring robust and compliant manufacturing of innovative therapeutics. Jeff’s leadership continues to drive Imunon’s mission to advance next-generation DNA-based medicines from development to clinical application.
